 جن امیدواروں کی جسمانی خرابی یا آنکھوں کی بینائی 6/18 سے کم ہے یا ڈرائیور (LTV یا HTV) جن کا رنگ اندھا پن یا BMI 30 سے زیادہ ہے یا ہیپاٹائٹس (B&C)، HIV، RPR یا STD ہیں ہنگامی خدمات کے لیے کام کرنے کے لیے موزوں نہیں ہیں۔ تمام ٹیسٹ نامزد ہسپتالوں اور لیبارٹریوں میں کیے جائیں گے جن کے لیے تحریری، نفسیاتی اور جسمانی اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کے بعد لنک PDMA اور PTS ویب سائٹس پر اپ لوڈ کیے جائیں گے۔

 ⚫ امیدواروں کو درخواست فارم کی چیک لسٹ میں بیان کردہ اپنے دستاویزات کی فوٹو کاپیاں ہر پوسٹ کے خلاف بیان کردہ معیار کے مطابق بھیجنے کی ضرورت ہے۔

 سرکاری خدمات میں پہلے سے موجود امیدواروں کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی چاہیے۔

 • پوسٹس کی تعداد میں اضافہ/کم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

 صرف مکمل طور پر بھری ہوئی درخواستیں قبول کی جائیں گی جو مکمل معیار کو پورا کرتی ہیں۔ تمام دستاویزات کو عارضی طور پر قبول کیا جاتا ہے اور تقرری کی پیشکش دستاویزات کی تصدیق، پولیس کی تصدیق، تربیت کی کامیاب تکمیل اور حکومت کی طرف سے تشکیل کردہ میڈیکل بورڈ کے ذریعے کلیئرنس سے مشروط ہے۔ سندھ کے

 ⚫ درخواست دہندگان کے تحریری اور نفسیاتی/ اہلیت کے ٹیسٹ جسمانی فٹنس ٹیسٹ کے بعد مقررہ جگہوں پر منعقد کیے جائیں گے جیسا کہ رول نمبر سلپس پر ذکر کیا گیا ہے جسے شیڈول کے مطابق PTS ٹیسٹنگ سروس کی ویب سائٹ سے ڈاؤن لوڈ کیا جا سکتا ہے (جس کے بارے میں بعد میں بتایا جائے گا)۔ ٹیسٹ کے لیے اصل CNIC اور رول نمبر سلپس لازمی ہیں۔ امیدواروں کو امتحانی مراکز میں موبائل فون لانے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔ امتحانی مرکز، زمرہ کی تبدیلی کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔ کسی بھی ترمیم کی اطلاع PTS ٹیسٹنگ سروس کی ویب سائٹ/آن لائن پورٹل کے ذریعے دی جائے گی۔

 تحریری/ نفسیاتی/ اہلیت/ جسمانی/ مہارت کے ٹیسٹ کے لیے اہل امیدوار صرف مزید بھرتی کے عمل میں حصہ لینے کے اہل ہوں گے۔

 ⚫ امیدوار صرف ایک پوسٹ کے لیے درخواست دے سکتا ہے۔

 ⚫ انٹرویو کے وقت امیدوار اصل دستاویزات کے ساتھ تمام متعلقہ دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیوں کے تین سیٹ اور پاسپورٹ سائز کی چھ تصویریں پیش کریں اور اپنے جسمانی معائنے (قد، وزن، سینہ، بینائی) کے حوالے سے نامزد ہسپتالوں کی جانب سے جاری کردہ میڈیکل رپورٹ بھی پیش کریں۔ اور جسمانی خرابی اور ہیپاٹائٹس بی اینڈ سی، ایچ آئی وی اور آر پی آر کے لیے لیبارٹری ٹیسٹ جسمانی ٹیسٹ کے وقت۔ امیدواروں کو اشتہاری معیار کے مطابق اپنی اہلیت کا جواز پیش کرنا ہوگا۔ امیدواری/ انتخاب/ تقرری کو بھرتی یا تربیت کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر منسوخ کر دیا جائے گا اور اس کے بعد بھی۔ ملاقات، اگر کوئی معلومات غائب، جھوٹی یا جعلی پائی جاتی ہے۔

 کسی فرد کو عمر یا اہلیت میں کوئی رعایت نہیں دی جائے گی۔

 CNIC کے مطابق مقامی باشندوں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔ درخواست دہندگان کی بڑی تعداد کی صورت میں، صرف ترجیحی/ بہتر معیار کے ساتھ درخواستوں پر غور کیا جائے گا۔

 اگر کسی امیدوار کو بھرتی کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر کوئی شکایت ہو تو وہ http://contact.pts.org.pk/ پر رابطہ کر سکتا ہے۔

 اپلائی کرنے کا طریقہ:

 ⚫ براہ کرم پی ٹی ایس کی ویب سائٹ www.pts.org.pk سے درخواست فارم اور ڈپازٹ سلپ ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔

 HBL اور UBL کی ملک بھر میں کسی بھی آن لائن برانچ میں مقررہ ٹیسٹ فیس ادا کریں اور درخواست فارم کو صحیح طریقے سے پُر کریں۔

 • براہ کرم بھرا ہوا درخواست فارم پی ٹی ایس ڈپازٹ سلپ کی اصل رقم کے ساتھ پی ٹی ایس ہیڈ کوارٹر، تیسری منزل، عدیل پلازہ، فضل حق روڈ، بلیو ایریا، اسلام آباد کو بھیجیں۔

 •

 پوسٹ/کوریئر سروسز کے ذریعے درخواست فارم کی دیر سے ترسیل کے لیے PTS کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہرایا جائے گا۔

 درخواست فارم غلط طریقے سے بھرے ہوئے، ڈپازٹ سلپ کی ادا شدہ کاپی کے بغیر نامکمل، “ہاتھ سے لکھی ہوئی پوسٹ جہاں آپشن

 پوسٹ کے انتخاب کے لیے پہلے سے ہی دستیاب ہے” اور ہاتھ سے جمع کرائے جانے پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

 جمع شدہ رقم ناقابل واپسی / ناقابل منتقلی ہے۔

 ⚫ درخواست فارم جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 01.09.2023 ہے۔

 آخری تاریخ کی میعاد ختم ہونے کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواست پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا اور اسے نااہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔

Medical Screening Note:

Candidates having physical deformities or eye sight weaker than 6/18 or drivers (LTV or HTV) having color blindness or BMI over 30 or having Hepatitis (B&C), HIV, RPR or STD are not suitable to work for emergency services. All tests shall be performed at designated hospitals and laboratories for which links shall be uploaded on PDMA & PTS websites after Written, Psychological & Physical screening tests.

⚫ Candidates are required to send photocopies of their documents mentioned in checklist of application form as per criteria mentioned against each post.

Candidates already in govemment services must apply through proper channel.

• No. of posts can be increased / decreased.

Only completely filled applications fulfilling the complete criteria shall be accepted. All the documents are accepted provisionally and offer of appointment is subject to verification of documents, Police verification, Successful completion of training and clearance by the medical board constituted by Govt. of Sindh.

⚫ Written and psychological/aptitude tests of applicants shall be held at designated places after physical fitness test as mentioned on Roll No. slips which can be downloaded from PTS testing service website as per schedule (which will communicated later). Original CNIC and Roll No slips are Mandatory for the test. Candidates are not allowed to bring cell phones to the examination centers. Change of test center, category is not allowed. Any amendment will be communicated through PTS Testing service website/online portal.

Candidates qualifying for written/psychological/aptitude/physical/skill tests shall only be eligible to participate in further recruitment process.

⚫ Candidate can apply against one post only.

⚫ At the time of interview candidates shall present original documents along with three sets of attested copies of all the relevant documents and six passport size pictures and also submit medical report issued by the designated Hospitals regarding their physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight and physical deformities and laboratory test for Hepatitis B&C, HIV and RPR at the time of physical test. Candidates have to justify their eligibility as per advertised criteria. The candidature/ selection/ appointment shall be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or training and even after appointment, in case any information is found to be missing, false, or forged.

• No relaxation in age or qualification shall be provided to any individual.

Local residents as per CNIC will be given preference. In case of the large number of applicants, only applications with preferred/enhanced criteria shall be considered.

HOW TO APPLY:

⚫ Please download the Application form and Deposit Slip from PTS Website: www.pts.org.pk.

Pay the prescribed test fee in any of the country wide online branches of HBL and UBL and fill up the Application form properly.

• Please send the filled-up Application Form along with paid copy of the PTS Deposit Slip in original to PTS Headquarter, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.

PTS shall not be held responsible for late delivery of application forms through Post / courier services.

Application Forms improperly filled-up, incomplete without paid copy of deposit slip, “hand written post where option

for selection of post is already available” and submitted by hand will not be entertained.

Deposited amount is Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable.

⚫ Last Date for Submission of Application Form is 01.09.2023.

Application Received after Expiry of the Last Date, will not be entertained & shall stand ineligible.
