Qualification: ICS 2nd Division / Grade B or intermediate 2nd Division from a recognized Board.

However, computer proficiency will also be tested as under: Computer Proficiency Test:

a. Typing Speed Test (English 40 WPM) Mandatory b. Microsoft Office Test

i. In-Page (Urdu Typing Speed) 25 WPM ii. Proficiency on Excel (One Sheet with Formulas)

| iii. Proficiency on Power Point (Two Slides)

General Conditions .. Candidates should be domiciled in Sahiwal District and Chichawatni Tehsil.

The application must be accompanied by certified copies of educational qualifications, National Identity Card, Domicile, Character Certificate and three passport size photographs. 

The recruitment will be in accordance with the Punjab government’s recruitment policy. Employees of government autonomous bodies should submit applications through the concerned agencies.

Requests received directly will not be accepted. 6. Only applications received by mail will be accepted. Candidates will not be given any daily travel allowance. Incomplete or late requests will not be accepted.

According to the recruitment policy, the age will be reduced to five years. The upper age limit will be charged till the last date of receipt of applications. Applications must be received at the office under signature during office hours by 2021-09-18.

Applications received before the advertisement and received after the due date will be rejected. There will be a Microsoft Office test for Urdu typing to test computer skills.

Candidates will have to submit all their original documents to the Departmental Selection Committee before the interview. 13. The competent authority shall have the right to increase, modify and cancel the number of posts in the published advertisement without any notice / notice.

05% quota is reserved for minorities. For which a separate application has to be made.

15. The quota shall be determined in the light of the directions laid down by the Government of Punjab.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified for the test by call letter.
